What is scaling?

Scaling means deep cleaning of teeth and gums with the help of sophisticated ultrasonic scaler. It helps to remove plaque, calculus debris and stains from the teeth and gums.

What is plaque and calculus?

Plaque is a white sticky material on your tooth surface which has thousands of bacteria. Prolonged plaque retention leads to gum disease like pyorrhea and dental cavity.

Calculus is thick, hard calcified material which leads to loosening of tooth.
